Event Rooms

The Clubhouse offers a classic, sophisticated setting to match any special occasion.  Whether an elegant wedding or a training seminar, a big holiday party or small-scale board meeting, there are professional event planners who will work with you to make your special event a success.

The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 240 guests for dinner and dancing, up to 330 for a dinner reception and up to 400 people for a cocktail reception.  The Main Lounge can accommodate up to 180 people and the Roof Dining Room up to 100.  There are also a number of smaller event and meeting spaces for groups 5 – 100, such as the Library’s cozy, mahogany-paneled Clarence Day Room which can be rented for meetings, including conference calls, for groups of up to eight.
